You have to figure what you need to go for by yourself. Even what I said above, that's my way to play the hero, that's how I am comfortable to play ember. There isn't such thing as the best build. I personally prefer going the magic dmg build on ember in most of the cases because it's more viable, but if you feel like your team lacks dmg you could go for the dmg build. Sometimes you must buy vessel on ember to win the game so you see my point.
The thing is that you itemize based on what you need in your game and based on how the game is going. Yes, the build falls off a bit in late game but I think this build is way better than bf into crit because you are just so squishy, you are basically just a glass canon. When the bkb is new(10sec) it will be hard to kite them for so long but once their bkbs get lower it will be better for you and your team. Well, ember is a mobile hero so you can just kite their bkbs. and if they have bkb, then I am completely useless for few seconds. So you want to get aghs when you are close to level 25, not before. Shiva is a good item on ember in general because it gives you armor, some more mana to work with and ofc, the benefits of the item(I think it was 250 magical dmg and attack speed reduction)Īghs is a good item overall on ember especially when you have the talent at 25 that reduces the cd.
